Board Member Vacancy

 

The Beaver River Central School District Board of Education consists of a seven-member board with terms lasting for three years. There are two (2) vacancies to be filled on the Board for next year.  These seats are for a three-year term from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.   Persons interested in running for these vacancies need to meet the following requirements:

·         Be a U.S. citizen

·         Reside in our school district for one year prior to the election

·         Be age 18 years of age or older

Candidates may pick up a nominating petition from Mrs. Dianna Bush, District Clerk for the Board of Education, in the District Office.  Twenty-five (25) signatures from Beaver River Central School District residents are required for the nominating petitions which are due to Mrs. Bush by April 21, 2025.  Voting will take place on May 20, 2025 along with the Annual Budget Vote.
