Commencement Ceremony Friday (Weather Related)

Dear Parents, Guardians and Graduates,

Due to the impending weather, we have decided to have the Class of 2025 Commencement Ceremony inside to the auditorium.  Because of this, all graduates will receive six tickets rather than three at practice tomorrow morning.  If more tickets are needed, graduates will be able to pick up more after practice.

To remind the graduates of the schedule tomorrow:
10 AM – Graduation rehearsal.  All graduates must attend to participate in the evening ceremony.  Come directly to the auditorium.  If rehearsal goes smoothly it should be done before noon.
5:45 PM – Auditorium doors open for ticket holders.  
6:00 PM – Graduates arrive for the ceremony.  Go directly to the MS/HS library to line up.
6:15 PM – Non ticket holders may enter the auditorium.
6:30 PM – Commencement Ceremony Begins

Other notes:
a.    If you need any special seating (wheel chair, etc.) please contact Miss Escudero in the MS/HS Office by calling 315-346-1211 x530
b.    Any outstanding bills need to be paid in the district business office by 1:00 PM Friday afternoon for graduates to attend the ceremony.
